Kristina Alderson is the Director of Krysallis Healing Centre and an experienced complementary health practitioner, counsellor and facilitator with a longstanding interest in holistic approaches to wellbeing and self-healing.
Her professional background spans clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, bodywork therapies, group facilitation and adult education, informed by many years of supporting individuals through periods of illness, transition and personal change.
Kristina’s approach is grounded in the belief that wellbeing is shaped not only by physical health, but also by meaning, connection, creativity, self-awareness and community. She values collaborative and person-centred approaches that recognise individual experience and create space for growth, reflection and adaptation.
As a clinical member of the Australian Hypnotherapists’ Association and a member of a number of professional counselling and complementary therapy organisations, Kristina continues to advocate for integrative approaches that sit alongside conventional healthcare and support the whole person.
For the SICK AF Collective, Kristina brings a complementary health perspective to conversations around creativity, identity, adaptation and the role that creative practice can play in sustaining wellbeing through illness, disability and caring responsibilities.
