There is one standard uni-sex toilet.

SEATING
The venue’s seating is first come, first served, and variable – a limited amount of high chairs and low chairs.
Consider your accessibility requirements (ie seat cane or fold-able stool) if requiring extended seating; or ask gallery attendants.
CLEAN AIR
The venue has 4 sets of windows at the front, a double door entrance, and 2 sets of double doors on to the private outdoor balcony.
CO2 monitors and cross-flow air will be on use on the events.
The venue is mask friendly.
A special masked immune friendly event will be held for the opening,

VISITING
RULES & EXPECTATIONS:
Do NOT attend if you have flu like symptoms, have a virus or have been closely exposed to a virus in the last few days.
There is no check in, or check out at the entrance.
You can walk inside and start looking at the exhibition.
You may be asked, or can opt to, leave large bags, drinks and food at the desk.
The venue is mask friendly.
PHOTOGRAPHS:
You can take photographs inside the venue.
Please respect the artist’s copyright.
If you share photos of the exhibition, please credit the artist and exhibition.
At the opening events, the exhibition will be live streamed and saved online.
SENSORY NOTES:
The gallery is bright. Sun comes in from the windows around two sides of the space.
It uses LED track lighting to spot light artwork.
Background noise from the street comes in through the doors and windows.
The crowd size will vary – and be busier during events.
The general area is busier on weekends.
There are street smells of cooking and transport. Visitors may wear perfume. Paint smells in the gallery space will be lowered.
SUPPORT OPTIONS:
If you require assistance, ask the Gallery attendants (volunteers).
During the events they will be wearing a ‘SICK AF’ tshirt.
About the Opening event:

WHAT WILL HAPPEN:
The exhibition will be opened to the public with a reception, from 2pm-4pm,
The event is free to attend.
It is mask friendly.
There is no official invitational process.
There is no official opening process.
Navigate the exhibition through QR codes. Paper version available.
Drinks will be served, wine and water. They are free. Safe alcohol service protocols are followed.
At the opening events, the exhibition will be live streamed and saved online.
Many of the artists, including the curator, are too SICK AF to attend, and will be joining in online.
This is an option for alternative access requirements that make the venue challenging (note the venue has stairs), for housebound and remote viewing.

It is busier on the weekends.
Note there will be an event ‘Beer Fest’ on in The Esplanade park during this time.
You may need to park further away.

The opening will be streamed online on You Tube.

About the Clean air (immune aware) launch:
4.30pm, Wednesday 19 November
PLEASE NOTE: This is a new initiative and the first time we have trialed this.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN:
This event is for immuno-compromised people and their supporters, carers and loved ones.
It will be masked.
The exhibition will be opened to the public with a reception, from 4.30-6.30pm,
The event is free to attend.
There is no official invitational process.
There is no official opening process.
Navigate the exhibition through QR codes. Paper version available.
Drinks will be available for consumption in the outside reception area. They are free. This space is small.
It will have immune aware practices in place – CO2 monitor, cross-air flow, sanitiser.
It is set mid-week as Fremantle is quieter.
Closer street parking will be more available.
ALTERNATIVE ACCESS:
Note the venue has stairs at the entrance.
