This workshop aims to educate about Functional Neurological Disorder, create an inner awareness and understanding of your own unique symptoms, and to foster art as a tool of healing and recovery – in any form that may take. ‘FND and Art’ uses art to process and understand the symptoms of FND while also participating in activities that foster nervous system regulation and grounding exercises.
