FATIGUE
People with FND live with a level of fatigue. The fatigue that comes with FND due to the amount of energy we put out every day dealing with symptoms.
At times another diagnosis of ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) is diagnosed.
Fatigue can feel like brain fog, exhaustion, our bodies moving slowly; gravity feels heavy; eating is taxing and even reading can be too much.
Due to the nature of fatigue, I will not assign an art activity due to the symptom telling us that we need rest.
