Next Steps in your FND journey
WALKING AND GAIT ISSUES
People living with FND can find walking difficult due to an issue with the way our brains and nervous system perceive our legs, some people report weakness which leads to dragging a leg behind.
Other people walk with a wonky gait, walking feels and looks unnatural and other people shuffle when they walk.
As I am not a professional I will not ask of you to move your body, instead I will focus on what you can do when you are unable to walk.
